摘要
为探究张拉控制应力对钢绞线组织和性能的影响,以赤水河大桥为背景,采用不同的张拉控制应力对Φ^(S)15.2 mm钢绞线进行张拉试验,分析钢绞线在张拉过程中的显微组织和力学性能,探讨钢绞线在弹性变形阶段最大的控制引力。结果显示:该桥设计张拉控制应力为1 339.2 MPa,需将超张比例控制在设计控制牵引力的108%,以免钢绞线产生塑性变形,失去应力作用。
In order to explore the influence of tensile control stress on the structure and performance of steel strand,this paper takes Chishuihe Bridge as the background,uses different tensile control stress to conduct tensile test on Φ^(S)15.2 mm steel strand,analyzes the microstructure and mechanical properties of steel strand during tensile process,and discusses the maximum control attraction of steel strand during elastic deformation stage.The results show that the design tension control stress of the bridge is 1 339.2 MPa,and the overtension ratio should be controlled at 108% of the design control gravity force to avoid plastic deformation and loss of stress.
