Research on Construction Technology of Post-Pouring Concrete Belt in Housing Construction Engineering

以某建筑工程项目为例,探讨后浇带施工技术。重点分析其施工流程,并对施工期间的控制要点加以研究。分别对地下室底板后浇带、剪力墙后浇带、梁板后浇带的主要施工工艺进行深入探讨,借助U形预留孔胶合板、免拆支模体系等提高后浇带的整体施工质量,为后续施工的有序进行提供可靠支持。

Taking a construction project as an example,this paper discusses the construction technology of post-cast belt.It focuses on the analysis of the construction process,and the key points of control during the construction,discusses the main construction technologies of basement bottom slab post-pouring belt,shear wall post-pouring belt and beam slab post-pouring belt in depth,and intends to improve the overall construction quality of the post-pouring belt by using the U-shaped plywood with reserved holes and the detach-free supporting mold system,so as to provide reliable support for the orderly follow-up construction site.
