为了深化双块式预制混凝土轨枕的应用水平,论文以贵南高铁双块式轨枕场工程为例,主要针对双块式轨枕预制质量控制展开深入研究,探讨脱模施工、钢筋桁架筋、箍筋、安装套管等方面的质量把控要点,最终保质保量并且顺利完成了生产任务。

In order to deepen the application level of double-block precast concrete sleeper,the paper takes Guiyang-Nanning High-Speed Railway Double-Block Sleeper Yard project as an example,mainly conducts in-depth research on the quality control of double-block sleeper prefabrication,discusses the quality control points of stripping construction,steel bar truss,stirrups and casing installation,and finally completes the production task smoothly with quality and quantity guaranteed.
