This paper studies the factors affecting the quality of construction engineering,such as human,environment,materials and technology,expounds the quality problems such as infiltration,crack,deformation and foundation subsidence in the construction by some construction units,and puts forward quality management measures from the aspects of material quality inspection,equipment use and construction site control.
