摘要 目的建立HPLC-DAD法同时测定金花清感颗粒(牛蒡子、黄芩、苦杏仁等)中苦杏仁苷、芒果苷、连翘酯苷A、黄芩苷、连翘苷、牛蒡苷、汉黄芩苷的含量。方法该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent XDB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长207、228 nm。结果7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(R^(2)≥0.9990),平均加样回收率99.33%~100.28%,RSD 0.23%~1.76%。结论该方法简便可靠,重复性好,可用于金花清感颗粒的质量控制。 AIM To establish an HPLC-DAD method for the simultaneous content determination of amygdalin,mangferin,forsythoside A,baicalin,forsythin,arctiin and wogonoside in Jinhua Qinggan Granules(Arctii Fructus,Scutellariae Radix,Armeniacae Semen Amarum,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 50%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Agilent XDB-C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 207,228 nm.RESULTS Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(R^(2)≥0.9990),whose average recoveries were 99.33%-100.28%with the RSDs of 0.23%-1.76%.CONCLUSION This simple,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Jinhua Qinggan Granules.
