骨力胶囊联合常规治疗对更年期糖尿病骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Guli Capsules combined with conventional treatment on patients with menopausal diabetic osteoporosis

目的探讨骨力胶囊联合常规治疗对更年期糖尿病骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效。方法116例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组58例,对照组给予常规治疗(增加运动、加强营养、控制血糖等),观察组在对照组基础上加用骨力胶囊,疗程6个月。检测临床疗效、VAS评分、骨密度、骨代谢指标(BGP、TRACP5b、CTX、BALP、Crosslaps)、JAK/STAT信号通路指标(IRF1、YY1、IFNG、PRLR mRNA)、FGF-23、Klotho、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分、TRACP5b、CTX、Crosslaps、YY1 mRNA、IFNG mRNA、PRLR mRNA、FGF-23降低(P<0.05),骨密度、BGP、BALP、IRF1 mRNA、Klotho升高(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论骨力胶囊联合常规治疗可安全有效地缓解更年期糖尿病骨质疏松症患者临床症状,其机制可能与改善骨代谢、JAK/STAT信号通路及FGF-23、Klotho水平有关。

AIM To explore the clinical effects of Guli Capsules combined with conventional treatment on patients with menopausal diabetic osteoporosis.METHODS One hundred and sixteen patients were randomly assigned into control group(58 cases)for six-month intervention of conventional treatment(increasing exercise,enhancing nutrition,controlling blood glucose,etc.),and observation group(58 cases)for six-month intervention of both Guli Capsules and conventional treatment.The changes in clinical efficacy,VAS score,bone mineral density,bone metabolism indices(BGP,TRACP5b,CTX,BALP,Crosslaps),JAK/STAT signaling pathway indices(IRF1,YY1,IFNG,PRLR mRNA),FGF-23,Klotho and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased VAS score,TRACP5b,CTX,Crosslaps,YY1 mRNA,IFNG mRNA,PRLR mRNA and FGF-23(P<0.05),and increased bone mineral density,BGP,BALP,IRF1 mRNA and Klotho(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with menopausal diabetic osteoporosis,Guli Capsules combined with conventional treatment can safely and effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,whose mechanisms may contribute to the improvement of bone metabolism,JAK/STAT signaling pathway and FGF-23,Klotho levels.
