摘要 目的研究井边草Pteris multifida Poir.黄酮类成分及其抗肿瘤活性。方法井边草乙酸乙酯提取物采用硅胶、Sephedex LH-20、MCI和半制备HPLC等分离,^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR对其结构进行鉴定。MTT法测定所得化合物对肝癌细胞HepG2、肺癌细胞A549、乳腺癌细胞MDA-MB-231的活性。结果从中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为木犀草苷(1)、大波斯菊苷(2)、橙皮苷(3)、槲皮苷(4)、紫云英苷(5)、槲皮素(6)、(2 S,3 S)-3,7,4′-trihydroxy-5-methoxy-6-methylflavanone(7)、(2 S)-7-hydroxy-5-methoxy-6-methylflavanone(8)、pisonivanone(9)、(2 S)-7-hydroxy-5-methoxy-6,8-dimethyl-flavanone(10)、猫尾草异黄酮(11),derrone(12),染料木黄酮(13),3′-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)biochanin A(14)。结论化合物7~14为首次从凤尾草中分离得到,化合物11~14为首次从凤尾蕨属植物中发现。同时,化合物1~6、11~14具有抗肿瘤活性。 AIM To study the flavones and anti-tumor activity of Pteris mulitifida Poir..METHODS The ethyl acetate extract of P.mulitifida was isolated by silica,Sephadex LH-20,MCI and semi-preparative HPLC,whose structures were identified by ^(1)H-NMR and ^(13)C-NMR.MTT method was used to test the cytotoxic activity of obtained compounds on liver cancer cells HepG2,lung cancer cells A549 and breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as cynaroside(1),cosmosiin(2),hesperidin(3),quercitrin(4),astragalin(5),quercetin(6),(2 S,3 S)-3,7,4′-trihydroxy-5-methoxy-6-methylflavanone(7),(2 S)-7-hydroxy-5-methoxy-6-methylflavanone(8),pisonivanone(9),(2 S)-7-hydroxy-5-methoxy-6,8-dimethyl-flavanone(10),alpinumisoflavone(11),derrone(12),genistein(13),3′-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)biochanin A(14).CONCLUSION Compounds 7-14 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds 11-14 are first found in genus Pteris.Meanwhile,compounds 1-6 and 11-14 have anti-tumor activities.
