摘要
目的研究金银花Lonicera japonica Thunb.的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS柱色谱、制备高效液相色谱等方法对金银花70%乙醇提取物的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到15个化合物,分别为腺嘌呤核苷(1)、cordysinin B(2)、鸟嘌呤核苷(3)、烟酰胺(4)、8-表金吉苷(5)、7-酮马钱素(6)、金吉苷(7)、supinaionodie B(8)、表断氧马钱子苷半缩醛内酯(9)、断氧马钱子苷半缩醛内酯(10)、獐牙菜苷(11)、secologanol(12)、1,2-O-didicaffeoyl-cychopenta-3-ol(13)、绿原酸(14)、紫丁香苷(15)。结论化合物2、4、13为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical components from Lonicera japonica Thunb..METHODS The 70%ethanol extract from the flowers of L.japonica was isolated and purified by silica,ODS column chromatography,pre-HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as adenosine(1),cordysinin B(2),guanosine(3),nicotiamide(4),8-epikingiside(5),ketologanin(6),kingiside(7),supinaionodie B(8),epi-vogeloside(9),vogeloside(10),sweroside(11),secologanol(12),1,2-O-didicaffeoyl-cychopenta-3-ol(13),chlorogenic acid(14),syringin(15).CONCLUSION Compounds 2,4,13 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
