摘要
上海某污水处理厂污泥杂质分离工程规模为7000 m^(3)/d(含水率以98%计),采用微网杂质分离原理,经微网分离后的污泥进入贮泥池,杂质与厂内其他固体废物一同处置。对剩余污泥中粒径0.2 mm以上的杂质分离率大于90%,出泥泥质满足污泥处理要求。详细阐述工程的工艺流程、平面布置、主要设备的设计参数及投资和运行费用等,为同类项目改造提供参考。
The sludge impurity separation project of a sewage treatment plant in Shanghai is studied.The scale is 7000 m^(3)/d(moisture content is calculated as 98%).The principle of micro mesh impurity separation is adopted.The sludge separated by micro mesh enters the sludge storage tank,and the impurities are disposed together with other solid wastes in the plant.The separation rate of impurities with particle size of more than 0.2 mm in excess sludge is greater than 90%,and the sludge quality meets the requirements of sludge treatment.The process flow,plane layout,design parameters of main equipment,investment and operation cost of the project are described in detail,so as to provide reference for the transformation of similar projects.
