主线高架变宽桥面门式墩分阶段实施的设计方案

Design Scheme of Main Line Viaduct with Widened Bridge Deck Portal Pier Implemented in Stages

在某工程主线高架中,有一段变宽桥面门式墩基础位于拟搬迁的管线上。由于现场管线搬迁工作滞后,为满足交通组织需要,确保主线高架先行贯通通车,要在原有结构方案上对变宽桥面进行分期实施。通过多方案比选,综合考虑经济性和施工期间对交通的影响,确定桥梁下部结构采用钢-混凝土结构混合盖梁,上部结构先期满足基本的通行车道数、后期按设计结构边线拼宽分期实施总体方案。该设计方案满足工程实际需求,可为今后类似的受限条件下项目的施工提供参考和借鉴。

In the main line of a viaduct project,a section of widened bridge face portal pier foundation is located on the pipeline to be relocated.Due to the lag of on-site pipeline relocation,in order to meet the needs of traffic organization and ensure that the elevated main line is opened to traffic first,the widened bridge deck should be implemented in stages on the original structural scheme.Through the comparison and selection of multiple schemes,comprehensively considering the economy and the impact on traffic during construction,it is determined that the steel-concrete structure hybrid bent cap is adopted for the substructure of the bridge,and the superstructure meets the basic number of traffic lanes in the early stage,and the overall scheme is implemented by stages according to the widening of the designed structural sideline in the later stage.The design scheme meets the actual needs of the project and can provide reference for the construction of similar projects under limited conditions in the future.
