混合功能用地的住宅建筑设计探索——以宜宾市科技研究中心(一期)二标段住宅为例

在各地政府实施人才战略的背景下,为了持久留住人才,需对入住者进行细分,提供不同类型的居住空间,并作基于住宅功能的外观及布局等的公建化处理,实现住宅与周边公建的协调,形成良好的整体风貌,创建有品质的生活。本文以宜宾科技研究中心配套住宅的建筑设计实践为例,探索宜宾“双城”建设过程中混合功能用地的住宅建筑设计之路。

In the context of the implementation of talent strategy by local governments,it is necessary to subdivide the occupants and provide different types of living space so as to retain talents.Public building appearance treatment based on the residential function is conductive to realize the coordination between the residential buildings and surrounding public buildings,form a good outlook of the overall park and create a quality life for all.Taking the architectural design practice of supporting housing in Yibin Science and Technology Research Center as an example,this paper explores the method of residential architectural design of mixed function land in the construction of Yibin Dual-city.
