既有中小学校作为应急避难场所的改造策略

我国城市应急避难场所建设,不能满足应对自然灾害与突发状况的需求。本文分析日本中小学作为应急避难场所的实践,归纳中小学作为应急避难场所的优势和可行性。并结合实践设计案例,从规划、空间、应急措施等方面进行研究,提出其作为应急避难场所应有的配置,总结设计策略,为国内应急避难场所发展提供参考。

The construction of urban emergency shelters in China cannot meet the needs of responding to natural disasters and emergencies.This paper analyzes the practice of primary and secondary schools as emergency shelters in Japan,and summarizes the advantages and feasibility of primary and secondary schools as emergency shelters.Combined with practical design cases,this paper studies from the aspects of planning,space,and emergency measures,proposes the proper configuration for emergency shelters,and summarizes the design strategies,which could provide reference for the development of domestic emergency shelters.
