摘要
本文在简要阐述全过程工程咨询组织模式的基础上,围绕具体工程案例对全过程工程咨询组织管理存在的问题进行分析,并从组织结构调整、岗位责任划分、工作流程优化三个层面深入探究全过程工程咨询组织管理的优化策略,以期进一步提升建筑工程项目全过程工程咨询组织管理的水平和效果,推动建筑行业的健康、持续发展。
On the basis of briefly expounding the organizational model of the whole process engineering consulting,this paper will focus on specific engineering cases,and analyze the problems existing in the organization and management of the whole process engineering consulting.This paper makes an in-depth exploration of the optimization strategy of the whole-process engineering consulting organization and management from three aspects:organizational structure adjustment,post responsibility division and work flow optimization,in order to further improve the level and effect of the whole-process engineering consulting organization and management of construction projects,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry.
