摘要
员工是企业经营发展的主体力量,只有合理配置人力资源,制定科学的薪酬体系,才能够吸引和留住人才,实现企业的长久发展。同时,薪酬是员工参与工作的主要目标,所以企业必须切实做好人力资源薪酬管理工作,然而在具体实践中,很多企业的人力资源薪酬管理依然面临着一些困境,难以发挥出员工的主体作用。论文主要对薪酬管理的意义进行阐述,全面分析薪酬管理遇到的困境,并提出针对性的解决策略。
Employees are the main force of enterprise operation and development.Only by reasonable allocating the human resources and establishing a scientific compensation system can we attract and retain talents and achieve long-term development of enterprises.At the same time,compensation is the main goal of employees to participate in the work,so enterprises must do a good job in human resources compensation management.However,in specific practice,many enterprises still face some difficulties in human resources compensation management,and it is difficult to play the main role of employees.This paper mainly expounds the significance of compensation management,comprehensively analyzes the difficulties encountered in compensation management,and puts forward targeted solutions.
