《中国共产党章程》规定,企业党组织要围绕企业生产经营开展工作,保证监督党和国家的方针、政策在本企业的贯彻执行。全国国有企业党的建设工作,要坚持服务生产经营不偏离,把提高企业效益、增强企业竞争实力、实现国有资产保值增值作为国有企业党组织工作的出发点和落脚点,以企业改革发展成果检验党组织的工作和战斗力。推进党建工作与生产经营深度融合,是国有企业落实新时代党的建设总要求和全国国企党建工作会精神的重要举措。论文主要从问题剖析、现实意义、具体举措和效果体现等方面,阐述新时代如何推进国有企业党建工作与生产经营的深度融合。

"The Constitution of the Communist Party of China"stipulates that the Party organizations of enterprises should carry out work around the production and operation of enterprises,and ensure the implementation of the principles and policies of the Party and the state in the enterprises.In Party building work in state-owned enterprises across the country,we must keep serving production and operation,take the improvement of enterprise efficiency,enhancing their competitive strength and maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets as the starting point and goal of Party organization work of state-owned enterprises,and test the work and combat effectiveness of Party organizations with the achievements of enterprise reform and development.Promoting the deep integration of Party building with production and operation is an important measure for state-owned enterprises to implement the general requirements of Party building in the new era and the spirit of the National Conference on Party Building Work in State-Owned Enterprises.This paper mainly expounds how to promote the deep integration of Party building work and production and operation of state-owned enterprises in the new era from the aspects of problem analysis,practical significance,concrete measures and effect embodiment.
