国有企业董事会建设的相关问题与对策

Related Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of Board of Directors in State-Owned Enterprises

在现代企业管理体制中,董事会制度占据重要位置,是国有企业实施全面改革、实现规范化管理的关键。董事会的建设水平在一定程度上直接影响着国有企业的经营和发展,但就目前情况来看,我国国有企业在董事会建设上受到各种因素影响,仍然面临各种问题,董事会的作用未得到充分发挥,影响国有企业的健康发展。论文对国有企业董事会的职能进行了概括,重点分析了国有企业董事会建设的相关问题,根据分析结果,提出了国有企业董事会建设问题的处理对策。

In the modern enterprise management system,the board of directors system occupies an important position and is the key for state-owned enterprises to implement comprehensive reform and achieve standardized management.The construction level of board of directors has a direct impact on the operation and development of state-owned enterprises to some extent.However,from the current situation,China's state-owned enterprises are affected by various factors in the construction of board of directors and still face various problems.The role of the board of directors has not been brought into full play,which affects the healthy development of state-owned enterprises.This paper summarizes the functions of the board of directors in state-owned enterprises,emphatically analyzes the related problems of the construction of board of directors in state-owned enterprises,and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction problems of board of directors in state-owned enterprises according to the analysis results.
