Relying on the rapid development of science and technology such as information technology,China's economy has entered a new transformation period.As an important part of the market economy,the stable development of enterprises is of great practical significance to promote the overall improvement of China's economic level.However,in today's information globalization,there are some disputes between workers and employers about interest demands.Enterprises are facing various difficulties,such as disharmony labor-capital relationship,complex labor disputes and so on.Based on this,the paper introduces the types of labor disputes and the main solutions of labor disputes,analyzes the causes of enterprise labor disputes in detail,and puts forward effective measures to prevent and deal with the labor dispute risk.
