摘要 以信息技术等科学技术的高速发展为依托,我国经济进入新的转型期,企业作为市场经济的重要组成部分,其稳定发展对促进我国经济水平的整体提升具有极大的现实意义。然而,在信息全球化的今天,劳动者与用人单位之间在利益诉求方面存在一定争议,企业面临劳资关系不和谐、劳动争议纠纷繁杂等各种困境。基于此,论文介绍了劳动争议的类型、劳动争议的主要解决方式,详细分析了企业劳动争议产生的原因,提出了防范与应对劳动争议风险的有效措施。 Relying on the rapid development of science and technology such as information technology,China's economy has entered a new transformation period.As an important part of the market economy,the stable development of enterprises is of great practical significance to promote the overall improvement of China's economic level.However,in today's information globalization,there are some disputes between workers and employers about interest demands.Enterprises are facing various difficulties,such as disharmony labor-capital relationship,complex labor disputes and so on.Based on this,the paper introduces the types of labor disputes and the main solutions of labor disputes,analyzes the causes of enterprise labor disputes in detail,and puts forward effective measures to prevent and deal with the labor dispute risk.
