摘要 我国当前正处于社会经济发展的全新阶段,大数据和计算机的广泛应用,为人们带来了全新的管理理念和企业营销模式。电子商务是科技信息爆炸下的产物,它的出现对企业营销策划的手段和方法产生了重要影响,在推动企业发展的同时,也加速了新时代的进步。企业应积极寻找融入电子商务理念的营销手段,提高员工素质和服务质量,建立新型高效的营销模式,在市场上占据有利的竞争地位,促进企业可持续发展。论文在论述相关概念及市场营销的新环境和新观念的基础上,探讨了电子商务背景下企业市场营销存在的问题,提出了具体的对策建议。 At present,China is in a new stage of social and economic development.The wide application of big data and computers has brought people new management concepts and enterprise marketing modes.E-commerce is the product of the explosion of scientific and technological information.Its emergence has had an important impact on the means and methods of enterprise marketing and planning.It not only promotes the development of enterprises,but also accelerates the progress of the new era.Enterprises should actively look for marketing means integrating the concept of e-commerce,improve the quality of employees and service quality,establish a new and efficient marketing mode,occupy a favorable competitive position in the market and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the discussion of relevant concepts and the new environment and new ideas of marketing,this paper discusses the problems existing in enterprise marketing under the background of e-commerce,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.
