随着我国社会经济的快速发展,数字化管理已经渗透到各行各业。综合计划管理是电网企业管理的重要环节,其管理水平决定了项目能否有效落地、规划功能能否充分发挥、区域战略目标能否顺利实现。因此,论文结合综合计划管理存在的问题,对供电公司综合计划全过程数字化管理进行了研究,并通过实践展示了应用成效,以供参考。

With the rapid development of China's social economy,digital management has penetrated into all walks of life.Comprehensive plan management is an important part of management in power grid enterprises.Its management level determines whether the project can be effectively implemented,whether the plan function can be brought into full play,and whether the regional strategic objectives can be successfully realized.Therefore,combined with the problems existing in the comprehensive plan management,this paper studies the whole process digital management of comprehensive plan in power supply company,and shows the application results through practice,for reference.
