Discussion on the Improvement of Administrative Management Efficiency from the Perspective of the Main Body

This paper studies how to improve the efficiency of enterprise administrative management from the perspective of the main body,summarizes the connotation of administrative management and efficiency,and analyzes the existing problems of enterprise administrative management,such as insufficient execution of administrative instructions,the confusion of the functions of administrative departments,the poor comprehensive quality of administrative personnel,etc.This paper lists the methods to improve the efficiency of enterprise administrative management from the perspective of the main body of leadership and executive body,such as improving the management ability of the leadership,establishing and perfecting the reward and punishment system,strengthening the construction of administrative system,promoting the transformation of administrative management,and so on.It is expected to bring a certain reference role for the relevant workers.
