谈中交“大城市”战略在浙江省的发展路径

Discussion on the Development Paths of"Big City"Strategy of CCCC in Zhejiang Province

为响应“加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局”的号召,满足建筑产业转型升级的发展需求,进一步贯彻落实国有企业深化改革的举措,中国交建调整投融资业务的战略部署,强调以价值投资为指引,聚焦“大城市”业务,提出打造“优质城市发展运营商”的新要求。对此,论文以浙江省为研究对象,初步探究“大城市”战略在其区域内进一步发展、落地的必要性和可行性。

In response to the call of"accelerating the construction of a new development pattern in which the domestic economic circulation plays a leading role while the dual circulations at home and abroad promote each other",meet the development needs of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,and further implement the measures of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises,CCCC adjusted the strategic deployment of investment and financing business,emphasized the guidance of value investment,focused on the"big city"business,and put forward the new requirements of constructing a"high quality city development operator".In this regard,the paper takes Zhejiang Province as the research object to preliminarily explore the necessity and feasibility of the further development and implementation of the"big city"strategy in its region.
