随着我国经济的快速发展,市场竞争加剧。企业要在巨大的竞争压力中生存与发展,除了产品适销对路增加收入外,还应建立健全内部控制体系,加强成本管理。论文以医疗器械流通企业为研究对象,分析医疗器械流通企业内部控制存在的问题,提出强化内部管理、提高经营管理效率的相应对策。

With the rapid development of China's economy,market competition intensifies.If an enterprise wants to survive and develop in the huge competitive pressure,it should establish and perfect the internal control system and strengthen the cost management in addition to the marketable products and increasing income.This paper takes the medical device circulation enterprise as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the internal control of the medical device circulation enterprise,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the internal management and improve the operation management efficiency.
