摘要
党的十八大召开以来,国有企业在市场经济体制改革中逐渐发展壮大,在发展过程中也面临着各种各样的问题,其中工资分配最为典型。我国国有企业长期在市场化分配体制下,在短时间内无法实现收入分配的合理化。鉴于此,论文详细分析了国有企业工资总额工效机制实践的具体做法,也切实分析了国有企业实践工资总额工效机制的效果,希望可以促进企业实现高质量、高效率的发展。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)was held,state-owned enterprises have gradually developed and grown in the reform of market economy system.In the process of development,they have also faced various problems,among which payroll distribution is the most typical.Under the market-oriented distribution system for a long time,state-owned enterprises in China cannot realize the rationalization of income distribution in a short time.In view of this,the paper analyzes in detail the specific practices of the working efficiency mechanism of total payroll in state-owned enterprises,and earnestly analyzes the practice effect of the working efficiency mechanism of total payroll in state-owned enterprises,hoping to promote the enterprises to achieve high quality and efficient development.
