随着数字时代的到来,数据潜能被激发,数字经济已经成为新一轮科技革命和产业变革新机遇的战略选择,由此,业财一体化成为数字化转型中的重要内容。而今,业财一体化发展已经得到了诸多企业的认同,且取得了不错的成果。论文以建筑工程总承包企业为例,从业财一体化基本概念出发,简述建筑工程总承包企业业财一体化应用现状,分析其业财一体化应用中存在的问题,并结合实际提出相应的优化策略,帮助建筑工程总承包企业更好地开展工作,稳步提升内部运营效率。

With the advent of the digital era,the potential of data has been stimulated.Digital economy has become a strategic choice of new opportunities in the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation.Therefore,the integration of business and finance has become an important content in the digital transformation.Now,the development of business and finance integration has been recognized by many enterprises,and has achieved good results.Taking general contracting enterprises of construction engineering as an example,this paper starts from the basic concept of the integration of business and finance,briefly describes the application status of the integration of business and finance in general contracting enterprises of construction engineering,analyzes the problems existing in the application of business and finance integration,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies combined with the actual situation,so as to help the general contracting enterprises of construction engineering to carry out work better and steadily improve the internal operation efficiency.
