摘要
建筑工程普通盖板施工技术相对成熟,其预制的方法也相对简单,但涉及不规则的、复杂的、厚大而精度高的防辐射盖板,其要求严格,质量难控制,在盖板预制施工工艺、过程精度控制以及盖板盲吊装等重难点方面仍需探讨和研究。论文以某核电堆厂房项目为实施背景,针对工程中运用的体量大、构造复杂、重量重、精度要求高的钢筋混凝土防辐射盖板为关键施工技术进行分析研究,对其预制施工工艺进行创新设计,在传统施工工艺的基础上提出不同的预制方法,并将不规则防辐射盖板成功实施的经验进行相关归纳总结,希望能为以后相关施工提供有力的借鉴。
The construction technology of ordinary cover plate in construction engineering is relatively mature,and its prefabrication method is relatively simple,but it involves irregular,complex,thick and high-precision anti-radiation cover plate,which has strict requirements and difficult quality control.It still needs to be discussed and studied in the key and difficult aspects of cover plate prefabrication construction technology,process accuracy control and blind hoisting of cover plate.Taking a nuclear power plant project as the implementation background,this paper analyzes and studies the key construction technology of reinforced concrete anti-radiation cover plate with large volume,complex structure,heavy weight and high accuracy requirements used in the project,carries out innovative design of its prefabrication construction technology,proposes different prefabrication methods on the basis of traditional construction technology,and summarizes the successful implementation experience of irregular anti-radiation cover plate.It is hoped that this can provide a strong reference for relevant construction in the future.
