Research on the Construction of Financial Intelligence Sharing Platform for Construction Enterprises:From the Perspective of 5W2H Method

财务信息化是企业数字化转型中标准最易统一、模式可以复制的有效突破口。通过量身打造财务智能共享平台,可帮助企业连通全方位的业务类型和职能线条,进而深入推进业财融合。本文通过引入5W2H法,利用7个设问构建思维逻辑模型,对建筑企业财务共享平台建设形成靶向分析。

Financial transformation is an effective breakthrough in the digital transformation of enterprises,where the standards are most easily unified and the models can be easily copied.By creating a customized financial intelligence sharing platform,it can help enterprises connect all-round business types and functional lines,and further promote the integration of business and finance.By introducing the 5W2H method and using seven questions to build a thinking logic model,this paper forms a targeted analysis on the construction of Financial Sharing Platform of construction enterprises.
