摘要
高效率化和高转速化是未来新能源汽车驱动电机发展方向,从而对电工钢材料提出了低铁损和高屈服强度的性能要求。对比分析了0.3 mm厚度高强度低铁损和高磁感两种无取向电工钢的材料及驱动电机的性能差异,结果显示电工钢高强度和低铁损的特性可使电机结构安全系数提升6.1%,高效区96%的占比提高3.3%。
High efficiency and high speed are the development direction of electrical vehicle drive motor in the future,which puts forward the performance requirements of low iron loss and high yield strength for electrical steel materials.The performance differences between two non-oriented electrical steel materials with 0.3 mm thickness,high strength,low iron loss and high magnetic induction were analyzed,and also the performance applied in driving motor was campared.It is concluded that the characteristics of high strength and low iron loss of electrical steel can increase the safety factor of motor structure by 6.1%and the proportion of 96%in high efficiency area by 3.3%.
