乡村振兴战略下非物质文化遗产活化的现状及路径分析--以福建省为例

Analysis on the Current Situation and Path of the Activation of Intangible Cultural Heritage Under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization--A Case Study of Fujian Province

【目的/意义】通过分析福建省非物质文化遗产的现状,以期为非物质文化遗产活化提供借鉴,为乡村振兴提供内在驱动力。【方法/过程】运用文献分析法、实地调研法、案例分析法,分析总结福建省非物质文化遗产活化的成效和困境,以点带面提出相应的实践路径。【结果/结论】结果显示,福建省通过振兴乡村文创、实现产业融合和结合精准扶贫推动非物质文化遗产活化,但仍存在非遗的文化创新动力不足、保护主体梯队断层、功利性开发加剧等问题。鉴于此,提出应坚持以文化为灵魂、以人为中心、以品牌为依托、以数字化保护为平台的路径,促进非遗活化。

【Objective/Meaning】By analyzing the current situation of intangible cultural heritage in Fujian Province,it would provide reference for the activation of intangible cultural heritage and provide the internal driving force for rural revitalization.【Methods/Procedures】By using the methods of literature analysis,field investigation and case analysis,the achievements and difficulties of the activation of intangible cultural heritage in Fujian Province were analyzed and summarized in this paper,and the corresponding practice approaches were put forward from point to area.【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that Fujian Province has promoted the activation of intangible cultural heritage through the revitalization of rural cultural innovation,the realization of industrial integration and the combination of targeted poverty alleviation.However,there were still some existing problems such as the insufficient cultural innovation motivation of intangible cultural heritage,the fault of the protection subject echelon,and the intensification of utilitarian development.In view of this,the countermeasures were put forward that it should adhere to the path of taking culture as the soul,taking people as the center,relying on the brands and taking the digital protection as the platform,thus to promote the activation of intangible cultural heritage.
