摘要
基于微流控芯片的人体肠道模型在食品营养评价中的应用引起了研究人员的广泛关注.该模型可将肠上皮细胞及肠道微生物共培养于微流控芯片,根据肠道的生理结构在体外对其进行重建,用以构建特异性肠道疾病模型和特定环境下肠道的生理机制研究.该体外模型可以填补传统体外细胞模型和动物模型无法重现的肠道生理结构和功能的空缺,在食品和药物的功能评价领域具有巨大的应用潜力.该模型不仅可以评价食品功能因子对肠道健康的影响,而且还能够深入研究益生菌、致病菌、病毒等微生物、肠道菌群、肠道炎症间的复杂互作机制,为食品营养评价提供了切实可行的体外模型.本文综述了近年来微流控肠模型的构建现状及其在食品对肠道健康的功能评价领域的研究进展,为未来进一步研究食品营养评价提供参考依据.
The evaluation of food nutrition with gut-on-a chip has drawn researchers'great attentions.The models could co-culture intestinal epithelial cells and microbiota into the system,and reconstruct of intestinal physiological structure in vitro,to provide a novel platform for construction some specific intestinal disease models and the study of intestinal physiology under specific conditions.The novel in viro model will fill the gaps in intestinal structure and function that cannot be reproduced in traditional in.vitro cell models and animal models.The models show great application potential in evaluating food or medicine function.The model could evaluate the effects of food functional factors on intestinal health,and study the complex interaction mechanism among probiotics,pathogenic bacteria,viruses and other microorganisms,gut microbiota and intestinal inflammation.The platform of microfluidic chip provides a feasible in viro model for food nutrition evaluation.In this paper,we review the current status of intestinal model construction and recent research progress in the evaluation of food function.This paper will provide a reference for future research on food nutrition evaluation.
