当前,一些领导干部家风不正、治家不严,导致“一人不廉,全家不圆”,出现了全家腐现象,领导干部家风搞不好会影响作风、党风、社风及民风,因此,领导干部树立好家风既紧迫又重要。领导干部在抵制封建残余思想,提高家庭伦理美德的同时要管好家,厘好亲情关系,树立好家风,培养好党风。

Since the beginning of the new era,there have been frequent problems in the family conduct of cadres.Some cadres have bad family conduct and do not manage their families strictly.This has led to the phenomenon of"one person is not honest,and the whole family is not honest",so the cadres have a rotten family.The family conduct of cadres may affect the work conduct,Party conduct,social conduct and folk conduct.Therefore,it is urgent and important for cadres to establish a good family conduct.Cadres,while resisting surviving feudal influences and improving family ethics and virtues,should manage the family well,handle the relationship between family members well,establish a good family conduct and cultivate a good Party conduct.
