童年创伤经历与大学生抑郁的关系——应对方式和应对灵活性的双重中介作用 被引量:1

摘要 探究大学生的童年创伤经历对其抑郁的影响以及应对方式和应对灵活性的中介作用,具有重要的理论和现实意义。在河南省某高校选取678名学生,采用童年期创伤量表、抑郁自评量表、简易应对量表、应对灵活性量表修订版进行问卷调查,结果发现:(1)童年创伤经历对大学生抑郁具有显著的正向预测作用;(2)童年创伤经历对大学生的积极应对方式和应对灵活性具有显著的负向预测作用;(3)积极应对方式对大学生的应对灵活性具有显著的正向预测作用,而消极应对方式在对大学生抑郁方面也具有显著的正向预测作用;(4)积极应对方式和应对灵活性在童年创伤经历和抑郁之间起着部分中介作用。综上,童年创伤经历一方面直接影响大学生抑郁的发生,另一方面通过积极应对方式和应对灵活性的双重中介作用间接影响抑郁的发展。 It has important theoretical and practical significance to explore the impact of college students'childhood traumatic experience on their depression,and the dual mediating effects of coping style and coping flexibility.A total of 678 students from a university in Henan Province are investigated with the revised version of Childhood Trauma Scale,Self-rating Depression Scale,Simple Coping Scale and Coping Flexibility Scale.The results show that:(1)Childhood traumatic experience has a significant positive predictive effect on depression of college students;(2)Childhood trauma experience has a significant negative predictive effect on college students'positive coping style and coping flexibility(3)Positive coping style has a significant positive predictive effect on college students'coping flexibility,while negative coping style had a significant positive predictive effect on college students'depression.(4)Positive coping style and coping flexibility play a partial mediating role between childhood traumatic experience and depression.To sum up,on the one hand,childhood traumatic experience directly affects college students'depression,and on the other hand,it indirectly affects depression through the dual mediation of positive coping style and coping flexibility.
