摘要 将有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂与β-环糊精通过两步法整理到棉织物上,制备具有抗菌消臭功能的棉织物。以抗菌性、吸氨性能为指标,优化并确定最佳整理工艺。优化的工艺为:一浸一轧(抗菌整理剂30 g/L,带液率80%)→预烘(60℃,30 min)→二浸二轧(β-环糊精80 g/L,交联剂CA 90 g/L,次磷酸钠30 g/L,带液率80%)→预烘(60℃,30 min)→焙烘(160℃,4 min)。整理后棉织物对大肠埃希菌抑菌率达到99%以上,氨吸附量达到1283.08μg/g,棉织物在保持优异抗菌性的情况下消臭性能得到显著提升。 The cotton fabric with antibacterial and deodorizing function is prepared with antibacterial finishing agent of silicone quaternary ammonium salt andβ-cyclodextrin by two steps.The optimum finishing process is optimized by taking antibacterial property and ammonia absorption performance as indexes.The optimized process is one-dip-one-nip(antibacterial finishing agent 30 g/L,pick up 80%)→pre-drying(60℃,30 min)→double-dip-double-nip(β-cyclodextrin 80 g/L,crosslinking agent CA 90 g/L,sodium hypophosphite 30 g/L,pick up 80%)→pre-drying(60℃,30 min)→baking(160℃,4 min).The finished cotton fabric has an antibacteri⁃al rate of more than 99%against Escherichia coli,and the ammonia adsorption capacity reach 1283.08μg/g.The deodorization performance of the cotton fabric is significantly improved while maintaining excellent antibac⁃terial properties.
