摘要
以水性聚氨酯为分散体系,硼氢化钠为还原剂,硝酸银为前驱体,利用化学原位还原法制备纳米银溶液,所制备的纳米银粒子粒径在10 nm左右。将制得的纳米银溶液与聚氨酯溶液混合后,通过静电纺丝的方法制备了三种不同载银量的载银纳米纤维膜。结果显示,将300μL的4000 mg/kg纳米银溶液加入到由150 mL丙酮和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)(体积比1∶1)混合溶剂溶解的质量分数为25%的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)溶液中,通过静电纺制备的纳米纤维膜对大肠埃希菌和金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌率达99.99%,表现出优异的抗菌性能。
Nano-silver solution is prepared by chemical in-situ reduction method with waterborne polyurethane as dispersion system,sodium borohydride as reducing agent and silver nitrate as precursor.The particle size of the prepared nano-silver particles is about 10 nm.After mixing the prepared nano-silver solution with polyure⁃thane solution,three kinds of silver-loaded nanofiber membranes with different silver content are prepared by electrospinning.The result shows that when 300μL of 4000 mg/kg nano-silver solution is added into 25%ther⁃moplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU)solution dissolved by 150 mL of acetone and N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)(volume ratio 1∶1),the nanofiber membrane prepared by electrospinning has a bacteriostatic rate of 99.99%against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
