摘要
使用MXene水分散液整理碱减量处理的改性涤纶织物,得到MXene-MOD-PET,并用于亚甲基蓝的吸附反应。结果表明,MXene-MOD-PET在不同条件下对亚甲基蓝具有显著的吸附作用,通过增加负载量、提高浸渍温度和染液的pH,能一定程度提升其去除率。无机盐会对染料的去除产生一定的抑制作用。MXene-MOD-PET经过多次洗涤后对亚甲基蓝染液的去除率仍具有60%左右,具有可重复利用性。
MXene-MOD-PET is prepared by finishing of alkali-deweighted polyester fabrics with MXene aque⁃ous dispersion,which is used for adsorption of Methylene Blue.The results show that MXene-MOD-PET has significant adsorption on Methylene Blue under different conditions,and its removal rate can be improved to a certain extent by increasing the MXene load,impregnation temperature and pH of the dye solution.Inorganic salts can inhibit the removal of dyes.MXene-MOD-PET still has a removal rate of about 60%for Methylene Blue dye solution after several recycles,which is reusable.
