摘要
在钢铁厂烧结原料和配料的预混过程中,粉粒料容易在混料机旋转时产生扬尘,粉尘污染影响面广、危害严重。分析了粉尘产生的机理和现有粉尘治理技术,对比得出高能微雾抑尘技术更可靠、有效。介绍了高能微雾抑尘技术及其在某烧结厂混料机上的应用实例,经检测抑尘效果明显。
In the premixing process of sintering raw materials and ingredients in iron and steel plant,powders and granules are easy to produce dust as the mixer rotates,and the dust pollution leads to extensive influence and severe harm.The mechanism of dust generation and the existing dust control technology are analyzed,and the high energy micro-mist dust suppression technology is more reliable and effective by comparison.The high energy micro-mist dust suppression technology and its application in the sintering plant mixer are introduced,and testing result shows an obvious effect of dust suppression.
