特殊教育教师情绪劳动的内涵、困境与对策

Connotation,Predicament and Countermeasures of Emotional Labor of Special Education Teachers

情绪劳动是指将自己的外显情感调适至符合社会内嵌的情绪规则的表现。研究基于特殊教育教师职业的特殊性,探究特殊教育教师情绪劳动的内涵,以及在教学实践中面临的社会、学校和自身三方面的困境,在此基础上提出政府加大政策支持和社会宣传力度、学校组织建立员工帮助计划(EPA)、特殊教育教师自身正视情绪表现规则的优化对策和措施。

Emotional labor refers to the performance of adjusting one’s explicit emotions to conform to socially embedded emotional rules.Based on the particularity of the profession of special education teachers,the research deeply describes the connotation of emotional labor of special education teachers and the dilemma of society,school and special education teachers themselves in teaching practice.On the basis of this,the paper puts forward the optimized countermeasures and measures for the government to strengthen the policy support and social publicity,the school organization to establish the staff assistance plan(EPA),and the special education teachers themselves to face the emotional expression rules.
