残疾人灵活就业存在的问题及对策分析——以广西为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Flexible Employment for Disabled Persons——Taking Guangxi as an Example

就业是残疾人融入社会并实现自身价值的有效途径。广西残疾发生率在全国所有省份中位居前列,在复杂而严峻就业形势之下,传统就业模式受到了强烈的冲击,残疾人就业情况不容乐观,而灵活就业为促进就业和恢复经济提供了更多机会。通过分析广西残疾人灵活就业的现状和影响残疾人就业的主客观因素,提出要积极拓宽残疾人就业渠道、营造良好的残疾人就业观念、优化灵活就业的政策服务体系、健全灵活就业的社会保障制度的建议,实现残疾人充分高质量的就业。

Employment is an effective way for disabled people to integrate into society and realize their own value.The incidence of disability in Guangxi ranks in the forefront among all provinces in China.Under the complicated and severe employment situation,the traditional employment model is strongly impacted,and the employment situation of the disabled is not optimistic.While informal employment provides more opportunities to promote employment and restore the economy.By analyzing the present situation of flexible employment of the disabled in Guangxi and the subjective and objective factors affecting the employment of the disabled,this paper puts forward some strategies to actively broaden the employment channels for the disabled,create a good employment concept for the disabled,optimize the policy service system of flexible employment and improve the social security system of flexible employment,so as to achieve sufficient high-quality employment for the disabled.
