摘要
随着网络媒介以及社会舆论的影响力日益提高,高校的食品卫生安全问题受到人们的广泛关注。高校食品卫生安全一旦出现安全隐患或者安全事故,将带来较为严重的社会负面影响。因此,本文分析了目前高校食堂现存食品安全和食品卫生问题,并积极探寻有效的对策,提出改进高校食品营养卫生与健康的措施,以期为高校餐饮的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。
With the increasing influence of network media and public opinion,the problem of food hygiene and safety in colleges and universities has been widely concerned by people.Once safety risks or safety accidents occur in food safety in colleges and universities,it will bring serious negative social impact.Therefore,this paper analyzes the existing food safety and food hygiene problems in university canteens,and actively explores effective countermeasures,and puts forward measures to improve university food nutrition and health,in order to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of university catering.
