摘要 随着市场经济的快速发展,各个国家对食品安全问题的关注度日益增加。食品作为维持人类生命活动的基本物质,对人们的健康和社会经济的发展都有重大影响。食品安全检验应当采取合理有效的手段,加强对食品安全工作的监督力度,从而促进食品安全水平的提高。为此,本文主要分析并解决了食品安全体系建设中当前常见的食品安全检测问题,以期推动食品行业的进一步发展。 With the rapid development of market economy,various countries pay more and more attention to food safety issues.Food,as the basic material to maintain human life activities,has a significant impact on people’s health and social-economic development.Food safety inspection should take reasonable and effective means,but also should strengthen the supervision of food safety work,so as to promote the improvement of food safety level.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes and solves the current common food safety testing problems in the food safety system construction,in order to promote the further development of the food industry.
