农村食品安全问题及其应对措施

摘要 农村食品安全问题是值得社会关注的大问题。食品安全问题可以在食品消费、储藏、加工、选材等过程中酝酿、发展、发生。监督管理不畅、宣传教育不足、生活环境不良和个人素质不高等都是导致食品安全问题滋生的重要原因。因此,应当推进乡村振兴,把牢食品安全的主线;强化监督管理,兜住食品安全的底线;加强教育引导,提升食品安全的基线;坚持移风易俗,改进食品安全的边线;使农村食品安全问题得到更为深入、妥善的解决。 Rural food safety is a major problem worthy of social attention.Food safety problem can be brewed,developed and occurred in the process of food material selection,storage,processing and consumption.Poor supervision and management,insufficient publicity and education,poor living environment and low personal quality are all important reasons for the breeding of food safety problems.Therefore,we should firmly grasp the main line of food safety through rural revitalization;strengthen supervision and grasp the bottom line of food safety;strengthen education and guidance to improve the baseline of food safety;adhere to changing customs and customs and improve the sideline of food safety;so that the problem of rural food safety can be solved more deeply and properly.
