摘要 近年来我国在市场经济快速发展的过程中,食品检验检测工作受到广泛重视,合理进行食品检验检测,不仅能够及时发现食品安全质量问题,还能为消费者营造良好的消费环境。但如果在实际检验检测过程中不能做好质量控制工作,忽略细节的问题,将会导致检验检测质量降低,难以发挥食品检验检测工作的价值。基于此,本文研究食品检验检测技术,提出质量控制和细节问题管控的建议,旨在为提升食品检验检测工作效果提供帮助。 In the process of rapid development of the market economy in my country in recent years,food inspection and testing work has received extensive attention.Reasonable food inspection and testing can not only detect food safety and quality problems in time,but also create a good consumption environment for consumers.However,if the quality control work cannot be done well in the actual inspection and testing process and the details are ignored,the quality of inspection and testing will be reduced,and it will be difficult to exert the value of food inspection and testing work.Based on this,this paper studies the technology of food inspection and testing,and puts forward suggestions on quality control and detailed problem management,aiming to provide help to improve the effect of food inspection and testing.
