气相色谱法测定保健食品中肌醇含量的方法研究

Determination of Inositol in Health Food by Gas Chromatography

目的:验证国家标准GB 5009.196—2003中肌醇含量的测定方法,判断该方法的可行性。方法:试样经旋转蒸发除水,硅烷化衍生后加入正己烷试剂,取出正己烷层,供气相色谱仪分析测定。结果:目标物肌醇在0.0104 1~0.208 2 mg/mL线性关系良好,相关系数为1,检出限为0.20 μg/mL,定量限为0.98 μg/mL,回收率在96.0%~104.7%,重复性RSD为1.37%~2.67%,衍生后的试样在36 h内基本稳定,测得相对标准偏差为2.63%。结论:该方法灵敏快速,准确有效,可以用于保健食品中肌醇含量的检测。

Objective:The method for verify the determination method of inositol content in national standard GB 5009.196—2003 and judge the feasibility of this method.Method:The sample is dehydrated by rotary evaporation,silanized and derivatized,then n-hexane reagent is added,and the n-hexane layer is taken out for analysis and determination by gas chromatography.Result:the linear relationship is good in the range of 0.01041~0.2082 mg/mL,the correlation coefficient is 1,the detection limit is 0.20µg/mL,the quantitative limit is 0.98µg/mL,the recovery is in the range of 96.0%~104.7%,the repeatability RSD is 1.37%~2.67%,the derived sample is basically stable within 36 h,and the measured relative standard deviation is 2.63%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,rapid,accurate and effective,and can be used for the determination of inositol in health food.
