摘要
目的:建立接近零值时测量不确定度的评定方法案例,为禁用物质提供一种评定方法。方法:依据GB 23200.92—2016和JJF 1059.1—2012,以猪肉样品为例,分析样品测量过程中引入的不确定度,利用GUM法加以评定。结果:本次评定的测量不确定度结果报告为0.197[0,0.491]μg/kg,k=2。结论:测量不确定度的主要来源为工作曲线变动。
Objective:An evaluation method case of measurement uncertainty close to zero is established to provide an evaluation method for prohibited substances.Method:According to GB 23200.92—2016 and JJF 1059.1—2012,taking pork samples as an example,the uncertainty introduced in the measurement process of samples was analyzed and evaluated by gum method.Result:The measurement uncertainty of this evaluation was reported as 0.197[0,0.491]μg/kg,k=2.Conclusion:The main source of measurement uncertainty is the variation of working curve.
