枸杞中铅、镉、砷、汞和铜的含量测定及风险评估 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定枸杞中铅、镉、砷、汞和铜5种金属元素的方法。方法:对20批枸杞样品中5种金属元素的含量进行评估,计算最大限量理论值、有害元素日暴露量、危害指数和暴露限值,评价其健康风险。结果:20批枸杞样品中Pb、Cd、As、Hg和Cu的含量均未超过限量,重金属及有害元素的健康风险较低,当前限量执行标准较为合理。结论:该方法科学、合理,能够为评估枸杞中有害元素的含量提供参考。 Objective:A method for simultaneous determination of lead,cadmium,arsenic,mercury and copper in Lycium barbarum L.by microwave digestion-Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.The contents of five metal elements in 20 batches of Lycium barbarum L.were evaluated.Method:The maximum theoretical value,daily exposure,hazard index and exposure limit of hazardous elements were calculated to evaluate their health risks.Result:The results showed that the contents of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in 20 batches of Lycium barbarum L.were within the limit,the health risk of heavy metals and harmful elements was low,and the current limit standard was reasonable.Conclusion:The method is scientific and reasonable,and can provide reference for evaluating the content of harmful elements in Lycium barbarum L.
