摘要
六价铬是生活饮用水中重要的污染物之一,但是《生活饮用水标准检验方法 金属指标》(GB/T 5750.6—2006)的检测方法会使用到有毒性的丙酮,这对实验人员会造成极大危害。本文用无水乙醇替换丙酮的方法进行验证,结果表明,国家标准法和改进法无显著性差异,且改进法的回收率、准确度和精密度均符合要求。因此,改进法可以在实验室中推广应用。
Hexavalent chromium is one of the important pollutants in drinking water,but the detection method of GB/T 5750.6—2006 uses toxic acetone,which causes great harm to the experimenter.Therefore,the method of replacing acetone with absolute ethanol is verified.The results show that there is no significant difference between the national standard method and the improvement method,and the recovery rate,accuracy and precision of the improvement method meet the requirements.Therefore,the improvement method can be widely applied in the laboratory.
