摘要
食品、药品中致病微生物的数量、种类及性质是判定其卫生质量的重要指标。应用分子生物学技术、生理生化技术、质谱技术、光谱技术和免疫学检测技术等新技术手段对食品微生物和药品微生物进行检验检测,是确保消费者身体健康的重要手段。本文阐述了食品药品微生物检验检测的内容,探讨了新技术在微生物检验检测中的应用,分析了新技术在食品药品微生物检验检测中应用的发展趋势,旨在为食品药品微生物检验检测工作提供一些参考思路。
The quantity,type and nature of pathogenic microorganisms in food and medicine are important indicators for judging their hygienic quality.The application of molecular biology technology,physiological and biological technology,mass spectrometry technology,spectroscopic technology,immunology detection technology and other new technologies to test food microorganisms and drug microorganisms,is an important guarantee to ensure the health of consumers.This paper discusses the application of new technology in microorganisms,analyzes the development trend of new technology in food and drugs,and analyzes the development trend of the application of new technology in food and drug microbiological inspection and testing,aiming to provide some reference ideas for the microbial inspection and detection of food and drugs.
