摘要
通过文献研究法对我国城乡居民高血压患病的重要危险因素和饮食习惯进行相关性研究分析,以期为高血压患者饮食管理方式的优化和选择提供科学依据。本文从CNKI、Cochrane、EMBASE和Record in process等多个中外文文献数据库中收集2014—2021年国内外公开发表的关于饮食干预高血压防治效果的随机对照文献进行研究,按照标准选择纳入,将干预收缩压和舒张压的加权平均数作为效应量采用统计软件Review Manager5.3进行Meta分析,发现高血压患者收缩压和舒张压干预组的控制效果均优于对照组,说明饮食管理对高血压病患控制治疗舒张压和收缩压具有积极意义。
Through the method of literature research,this paper studies and analyzes the correlation between important risk factors and eating habits of urban and rural residents in China,in order to provide scientific basis for the optimization and selection of dietary management methods for patients with hypertension.In this paper,the randomized controlled literature on the prevention and treatment effect of dietary intervention on hypertension published at home and abroad from 2014 to 2021 was collected from CNKI,Cochrane,EMBASE,record in process and other Chinese and foreign literature databases.It was selected and included according to the standard.The weighted average of systolic and diastolic blood pressure was taken as the effect quantity,and the statistical software review Manager5.3 was used meta analysis showed that the control effects of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the intervention group were better than those in the control group,indicating that dietary management has positive significance in the control and treatment of diastolic and systolic blood pressure in patients with hypertension.
