摘要
食源性疾病是指食物原因导致人体出现的各种不适症状,根据症状类型可以分为普通病例和特殊病例,普通病例主要是因为食用了不干净的食物,引起人体肠胃不适或者胃肠道感染;食源性疾病较为常见,影响人体健康,需要加强重视。对此,本文主要针对食源性疾病控制和餐饮食品安全管理对策展开论述。
Foodborne illness is a variety of unpleasant symptoms that occur in the human body caused by food.According to the type of symptoms,which can be divided into common cases and special medical records,common medical records mainly because of eating unclean food,causing gastrointestinal discomfort or gastrointestinal infection.Foodborne diseases are more common,affecting human health,need to pay more attention.In this regard,this paper mainly discusses the countermeasures of foodborne disease control and catering food safety management.
