近年来,随着农村经济的不断发展,农民生活水平不断提高,农村自办家宴的频率和规模正在逐渐增加和扩大,由农村集体聚餐诱发的公共食品安全事故频发。本文从农村家宴的流程机制出发,全面分析了农村集体聚餐存在的问题,深入剖析问题的根本原因,并针对问题原因提出了惠民、便民、切实的农村家宴长效管理策略机制,便于进一步抓好农村自办家宴的安全管理,减少食品安全事故发生。有助于推进新农村建设、助力城乡协调发展。

In recent years,with the continuous development of rural economy,farmers’ living standards continue to improve,the frequency and scale of rural self-hosted family banquets are gradually increasing and expanding,and public food safety accidents induced by rural collective meals occur frequently.From the process mechanism of rural family feast,this paper analyzes the problems of rural collective feast,and the root causes of the problems,and puts forward the long-term management strategy mechanism of rural family feast for the benefit of the people,which is convenient for the people and practical,so as to further grasp the safety management of rural self-organized family feast and reduce the occurrence of food safety accidents.It helps to promote the construction of new countryside and help the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
