摘要
目的:对生活饮用水中放射性指标WIN-8A型低本底α、β测量仪进行计量性能测试,对影响仪器稳定的因素进行分析。方法:按照《低本底α、β测量仪》(JJG 853—2013)和WIN-8A型低本底α、β测量仪操作手册进行低本底测量仪器稳定因素计量分析。结果:α平均本底计数率、β平均本底计数率、α探测效率、β探测效率、α重复性、β重复性、α源对β道串道比和β源对α道串道比均符合国家关于低本底α、β测量仪检定要求。结论:仪器各项性能均符合国家检定标准,WIN-8A型低本底α、β测量仪在检定周期内性能稳定,能够满足工作需要。
Objective:To test the measurement performance of WIN-8A low background Alpha Beta meter and analyze the factors affecting the stability of the meter.Method:According to JJG 853—2013 and win-8a low background α、β operation manual of the measuring instrument carries out the metrological analysis of the stability factors of the low background measuring instrument.Result:α average background count rate,β average background count rate,α detection efficiency,β detection efficiency,α repeatability,β repeatability,α source to β channel crosstalk ratio,β source to α channel crosstalk ratio all meet the verification requirements of national low background α、β meter.Conclusion:All the performances of the instrument accord with the national test standard.The performance of WIN-8A low background α、β measuring instrument is stable during the test period and can meet the work demand.
